1. Acceptance of these Terms

By using NuVenture Hub, you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Your account

• You may need to create an account to access certain features.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Subscriptions, billing & renewals

• Some features require a paid subscription.
• Subscription fees (if any) are shown at checkout and may renew automatically depending on your plan settings.
• Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store full card details on our servers.

4. Trials, refunds & cancellations

• If a free trial is offered, trial duration and conditions will be displayed at signup.
• You can cancel a subscription at any time; access may remain until the end of the billing period.
• Refunds (if any) are handled according to your plan terms and applicable law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, subscription enforcement, or security controls.
• Reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or exploit the platform except where allowed by law.
• Upload or generate content that infringes intellectual property rights or violates privacy rights.
• Transmit malware, spam, or content designed to disrupt the service.

6. AI-generated content (important)

• Outputs are generated based on your inputs and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it.
• NuVenture Hub does not provide legal, financial, accounting, or investment advice.
• Do not enter sensitive personal data into prompts unless you are comfortable doing so and it is necessary for your use case.

7. Your content & permissions

• You retain ownership of content you submit (prompts, text, uploads) and the documents you create.
• You grant NuVenture Hub a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the service.
• You represent that you have the rights needed to upload or submit your content.

8. Intellectual property

The platform, templates, branding, and underlying software are owned by NuVenture Hub or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks without written permission.

9. Availability & changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may perform maintenance that affects access.

10. Third-party services

NuVenture Hub may integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment processors, analytics, AI providers). Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and policies.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NuVenture Hub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform.

13. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NuVenture Hub and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the platform or others. You may stop using the platform at any time.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where NuVenture Hub operates, unless local law requires otherwise. Where required, disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will update the “Last updated” date and may notify you within the platform or by email where appropriate.
